1) रांची में जल्द ही रक्षा संपदा कार्यालय खोला जाएगा। रक्षा मंत्रालय ने इसकी मंजूरी दे दी है। यह कार्यालय खुल जाने से झारखंड में रक्षा मंत्रालय से जुड़े जमीन मामले अब यही सुलझाए जा सकेंगे। इसके लिए बिहार जाने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी। 

Defence Estate Office will soon be opened in Ranchi. The Defence Ministry has approved it. With the opening of this office, land matters related to the Defence Ministry in Jharkhand can now be resolved here. There will be no need to go to Bihar for this. 

2) भोगनाडीह में  हुल दिवस मनाया गया. मुख्यमंत्री दिल्ली में होने के कारण उपस्थित नहीं हो सके.

     शिबु सोरेन अस्वस्थ होने के कारण दिल्ली के गंगाराम हॉस्पिटल में इलाजरत है. 

Hul Divas was celebrated in Bhognadih. Chief Minister could not attend as he was in Delhi. 

Shibu Soren is undergoing treatment at Gangaram Hospital in Delhi due to ill health.

3) राज्य में नौ से 14 साल तक की बच्चियों को सरकार कैंसर से बचाने के लिए ह्यूमन पेपिलोमा वायरस (एचपीवी) का टीका लगाएगी। राज्य योजना मद से एचपीवी टीका बच्चियों को मुफ्त लगाया जाएगा। 

👉  एचपीवी का टीका बच्चियों को सर्वाइकल कैंसर समेत अन्य प्रकार के कैंसर से बचाने में कारगर है।

      मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन के निर्देश पर स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से ‘मुख्यमंत्री बालिका कैंसर प्रतिरक्षण योजना’ का प्रस्ताव तैयार कर लिया गया है। इस योजना से 40 लाख बालिकाओं को लाभ होगा. 

        स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अनुसार तीन कंपनियों के द्वारा एचपीवी टीका उपलब्ध करायी जाती है, जिसमें अलग-अलग कंपनियों की दो डोज की कीमत 7000, 4600 और 3600 रुपए है।

The government will administer Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) vaccine to girls aged 9 to 14 years in the state to protect them from cancer. The HPV vaccine will be administered free of cost to girls from the state plan fund. 

👉 HPV vaccine is effective in protecting girls from cervical cancer and other types of cancer.

      On the instructions of Chief Minister Hemant Soren, a proposal for the 'Mukhyamantri Balika Cancer Immunization Scheme' has been prepared by the Health Department. 40 lakh girls will benefit from this scheme. According to the Health Department, HPV vaccine is provided by three companies, in which the price of two doses of different companies is Rs 7000, 4600 and 3600.

4) राज्य सरकार ने केंद्र सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी भारतमाला परियोजना के तहत राज्य की छह प्रमुख स्पीड कॉरिडोर परियोजनाओं को लिंक करने का प्रस्ताव केंद्र सरकार को दिया है। इसका उद्देश्य राज्य में सड़क नेटवर्क को न केवल बेहतर बनाना है, बल्कि लंबी दूरी तय करने में लगने वाले समय और खर्च दोनों में उल्लेखनीय कमी लाना भी है।

ऐसा होने पर झारखंड की पूर्वोत्तर के सातों राज्यों, ओड़िशा, बंगाल और छत्तीसगढ़ से हाई स्पीड फोर लेन कनेक्टिविटी हो जाएगी। पारादीप और साहिबगंज मल्टी मॉडल टर्मिनल के बीच भी व्यापारिक गलियारा तैयार होगा।

👉 रायपुर धनबाद कॉरिडोर... गुमला और ओरमांझी गोला होते हुए धनबाद तक 

👉 पटना रांची कॉरिडोर... बरही हजारीबाग रामगढ़ ओरमांझी 

👉 संबलपुर रांची कॉरिडोर... लिट्टीबेड़ा, केरिया, लोईगा होते हुए रांची रिंग रोड तक 

The state government has proposed to the central government to link six major speed corridor projects of the state under the ambitious Bharatmala project of the central government. Its objective is not only to improve the road network in the state, but also to significantly reduce both the time and cost of covering long distances.

If this happens, Jharkhand will have high speed four lane connectivity with all the seven states of the Northeast, Odisha, Bengal and Chhattisgarh. A trade corridor will also be built between Paradip and Sahibganj Multi Model Terminal.

5) अंतरराष्ट्रीय सहकारिता वर्ष 2025 ‘सहकार से समृद्धि’ के उपलक्ष्य में सहकारिता मंत्रालय द्वारा राज्यों के मंत्रियों के साथ आयोजित मंथन बैठक का आयोजन अमित शाह के अध्यक्षता में हुई. 

      मंत्री शिल्पी नेहा तिर्की ने कहा कि

.*  झारखंड को सहकारिता के क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ाने के लिए वर्किंग कैपिटल की जरूरत होगी

* पैक्स के द्वारा 10 प्रतिशत के अंशदान पर केंद्र सरकार गोदाम निर्माण करने की बात कह रही है, लेकिन झारखंड के लिए ये 10 प्रतिशत का अंशदान भी संभव नहीं है। राज्य के पैक्स उस स्थिति में नहीं हैं। केंद्र सरकार को गोदाम के निर्माण में 100 प्रतिशत का सहयोग करना चाहिए।

* देशभर में 8 लाख को-ऑपरेटिव सोसाइटी है, लेकिन मात्र 15 सौ ही एसटी/एससी को-ऑपरेटिव सोसाइटी का संचालन हो रहा है. इसमें हस्तक्षेप की जरूरत.

In the celebration of International Cooperative Year 2025 'Prosperity through Cooperation', a brainstorming meeting was organized by the Ministry of Cooperation with the ministers of the states under the chairmanship of Amit Shah. 

           Minister Shilpi Neha Tirkey said that 

.👉 Jharkhand will need working capital to move forward in the field of cooperation. 

👉  The central government is talking about building warehouses on 10 percent contribution by PACS, but even this 10 percent contribution is not possible for Jharkhand. The PACS of the state are not in that position. The central government should cooperate 100 percent in the construction of warehouses. 

👉  There are 8 lakh cooperative societies across the country, but only 15 hundred ST/SC cooperative societies are operating. There is a need for intervention in this.

1) वस्तु एवं सेवा कर (जीएसटी) को लागू हुए आठ वर्ष पूरे हो गए हैं। करीब 17 वर्ष की लंबी कवायद के बाद एक जुलाई 2017 को जीएसटी को लागू किया गया था।

करीब 17 स्थानीय करों और 13 उपकरों को समाहित करते हुए जीएसटी बनाया गया, जिससे कर व्यवस्था सरल हुई। जीएसटी आने के बाद पंजीकरण से लेकर कर संग्रह में इजाफा हुआ है।

बीते पांच वर्षों के दौरान ही जीएसटी संग्रह में करीब दोगुना की बढ़ोतरी हुई है। वर्ष 2020-21 में देश का कुल जीएसटी संग्रह 11.37 लाख करोड़ रुपये का था जो वर्ष 2024-25 में बढ़कर 22.08 लाख करोड़ रुपये पहुंच गया है।

🇮🇳बिहार 🇮🇳

सूबे में छह नये छोटे हवाई अड्डों के निर्माण का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। बिहार सरकार और भारतीय विमानपत्तन प्राधिकरण (एएआई) के बीच इसके निर्माण के लिए समझौता ज्ञापन (एमओयू) पर हस्ताक्षर हो गया है। मधुबनी, वीरपुर (सुपौल), मुंगेर, वाल्मीकि नगर (पश्चिम चंपारण), मुजफ्फरपुर और सहरसा में हवाई अड्डे का निर्माण होगा।
